We're counting on you to help keep Foss Mountain a place for everyone to enjoy!
For the benefit of all...
Permits are required for all events and Commercial Use.
Maximum Group Size is 15 People.
Permits can be found HERE. Plan ahead; our selectmen meet the first and third Tuesday of each month from 4-6.
Leave Bicycles, Snowmobiles, Motorcycles & Strollers at the Trailhead Parking Lot.
None of the wheeled vehicles listed above are allowed on Eaton Town Land and Foss Mountain is no exception.
NO FIRES – NO FIREWORKS
CARRY IN/CARRY OUT – NO CAMPING or OVERNIGHT PARKING
NO PARKING on FOSS MOUNTAIN ROAD
If the Trailhead Parking Lot is full, please park at the lower parking lot or consider visiting on another day.
Public Blueberry Picking is Allowed ONLY at the Top of Foss Mountain (NO Rakes).
Do not pick berries in areas Posted "No Blueberry Picking"; the "No Berry Picking" areas are reserved for harvest by a local farmer. Income from this harvest goes to maintaining Foss Mountain.
