For the benefit of all...

• Permits are required for all events and Commercial Use.

  • • • Maximum Group Size is 15 People.

      • Permits can be found HERE. Plan ahead; our selectmen meet the first and third Tuesday of each month from 4-6.

• Leave Bicycles, Snowmobiles, Motorcycles & Strollers at the Trailhead Parking Lot.

  • • • None of the wheeled vehicles listed above are allowed on Eaton Town Land and Foss Mountain is no exception.

• NO FIRES – NO FIREWORKS

• CARRY IN/CARRY OUT – NO CAMPING or OVERNIGHT PARKING

• NO PARKING on FOSS MOUNTAIN ROAD

  • • • If the Trailhead Parking Lot is full, please park at the lower parking lot or consider visiting on another day.

• Public Blueberry Picking is Allowed ONLY at the Top of Foss Mountain (NO Rakes).

• Do not pick berries in areas Posted "No Blueberry Picking"; the "No Berry Picking" areas are reserved for harvest by a local farmer. Income from this harvest goes to maintaining Foss Mountain.
